Storm Drain Systems
Construction, replacement, and rehabilitation of stormwater conveyance systems for roadways, developments, industrial sites, and public infrastructure. Our crews install the underground pipe networks and drainage structures required to collect runoff, maintain positive flow, and convey stormwater to approved discharge points.
New Construction
Complete storm drainage systems constructed from approved plans and specifications, including pipe runs, inlets, junction structures, manholes, culverts, headwalls, and outfall connections. Installation is coordinated around line, grade, bedding, backfill, compaction, and existing utility conflicts.
Replacement & Repair
Targeted replacement and repair of failed, deteriorated, obstructed, or hydraulically inadequate storm drain components, including damaged pipe, structures, connections, inverts, and outfalls. Work may include excavation, removal, bypass coordination, reconstruction, backfill, and surface restoration.

Sewer Lines
Construction, replacement, and repair of sanitary sewer collection infrastructure, including gravity mains, force mains, laterals, manholes, and connections to existing systems. Our work is performed to specified line and grade with careful attention to trench conditions, pipe support, watertight joints, access structures, and testing requirements.
New Construction
New gravity sewer mains, force mains, laterals, manholes, and appurtenances for municipal systems, developments, and commercial or industrial sites. We coordinate tie-ins, crossings, flow control, bedding, backfill, compaction, testing, and inspection with the owner and project team.
Replacement & Repair
Excavation-based replacement and repair of damaged or deteriorated sewer pipe, failed joints, compromised manholes, defective inverts, and problem connections. Work can include removal of unsuitable material, reconstruction of pipe and structures, flow-control coordination, and restoration of the disturbed area.

Water Lines
Installation, replacement, and repair of buried potable-water distribution infrastructure, including mains, services, valves, hydrants, fittings, restraints, and connections to existing systems. Construction is performed in coordination with applicable utility specifications, testing, flushing, disinfection, and inspection requirements.
New Construction
New water mains, fire lines, service connections, hydrant assemblies, valves, fittings, and appurtenances installed for municipal, commercial, industrial, and site-development projects. Work includes trench preparation, pipe installation, restraint, thrust protection, backfill, testing, flushing, and disinfection coordination.
Replacement & Repair
Replacement and repair of leaking, damaged, deteriorated, or undersized water infrastructure, including valves, hydrants, fittings, services, and mainline segments. We plan shutdowns and tie-ins with the appropriate utility authority and restore the trench and surrounding surfaces after completion.

Site Development
Comprehensive site development for horizontal infrastructure projects, including mass excavation, earthwork, site preparation, cut-and-fill operations, and precision grading. Our crews establish stable, properly drained, construction-ready sites for underground utilities, roadways, stormwater facilities, embankments, ponds, access routes, and related civil improvements—without performing vertical building construction.
New Construction
We manage the earthwork sequence from initial stripping and mass excavation through rough grading, utility-corridor preparation, engineered fill placement, compaction, and final subgrade development. Operations are coordinated with project plans and field conditions to maintain access, control drainage, balance materials, and achieve the elevations and tolerances required for subsequent utility and roadway construction.
Replacement & Repair
Corrective site work includes undercutting and replacement of unsuitable material, regrading settled or poorly drained areas, reconstructing disturbed utility corridors, restoring embankments and swales, and preparing stable subgrades following utility installation or infrastructure repair. Each operation is planned to restore drainage, compaction, elevation, and long-term site performance.

Paving, Concrete & Epoxy Solutions
Specialized paving restoration, utility concrete, and protective coating services performed exclusively in support of underground utility and horizontal infrastructure construction. Our work restores paved surfaces disturbed by trenching, constructs and repairs concrete components associated with storm, sewer, and water systems, and protects utility structures from moisture, abrasion, wastewater exposure, chemical attack, and corrosion. We do not perform vertical building construction, decorative concrete, or general-purpose flooring systems.
New Construction
For new infrastructure, we provide asphalt and pavement restoration associated with utility installations; cast-in-place concrete for pipe encasement, collars, cradles, thrust blocks, manholes, inlets, junction structures, headwalls, aprons, channels, inverts, valve or equipment pads within the civil scope; and specified epoxy or polymer lining systems for manholes, wet wells, vaults, and other underground utility assets.
Replacement & Repair
Our rehabilitation capabilities include sawcutting and restoring pavement over completed utility work, repairing trench-related asphalt or concrete surfaces, removing and reconstructing deteriorated utility concrete, rebuilding manhole benches and inverts, sealing penetrations, patching corrosion damage, preparing substrates, and applying protective coatings or linings to extend the service life of sewer, stormwater, and water infrastructure.
